Breaking News! Tonight, City Council approved SPARC for winter 2024-2025!

We are thrilled to announce that tonight Concord City Council unanimously approved SPARC funding for winter 2024/2025!! Also, the City is working with Councilor Horne to expand SPARC to the Penacook community center. Thank you all for your hard work, volunteerism, and advocacy in this process and thank you City Council!!!
